Discovery of the most famous areas around Epernay, Capital of the Champagne vineyard : The "Côte des Blancs" known as the kingdom of Chardonnay Grand cru and the Marne Valley renowned for its historic hillsides producing Pinot Noir where Champagne was born.

Visit 2 families of independent producers/growers with explanations on the Champagne making process, visit of presses, wineries and cellars.

Taste 6 different Champagnes Grand Cru/Premier Cru including natural Champagnes (without dosage), extra brut, old vines, vintages, aged in oak barrels, etc.

In addition to the Champagnes, taste the 3 essential Champagne alcohols and aperitifs : Ratafia, Fine de la Marne and Marc de Champagne from the Goyard Distillery which is the oldest in Champagne. Our discovery tour through the vineyards and villages of the "Côte des Blancs" passes in front of the "Château de Saran", a prestigious property of the LVMH group (owner of Dom Pérignon, Veuve Clicquot, etc.) and the production site of Champagne Moët & Chandon. A commented passage is also planned in the very famous "Avenue de Champagne" in Epernay where are located the superb mansions and production buildings of the Champagne Houses Moët & Chandon, Perrier Jouët, Pol Roger, etc. When visiting Hautvillers, village called the “Cradle of Champagne”, enjoy a private tour of the Church where the grave of Dom Pérignon, known as the spiritual father of Champagne, is. In Hautvillers, we will also stop to admire the most magnificent panoramic view of Champagne overlooking the Marne Valley in the hillsides listed as a World HAeritage Site by UNESCO where Dom Pérignon performed his experiments. It is the ideal location to take unforgettable photos of you and the breathtaking landscape. Here we will also discuss sustainable viticulture and explain the management of the vineyard. Meet your local guide in front of Reims Centre train station, next to the office of tourism. Drive in the Champagne countryside to a typical Champagne House, Le Clos Corbier, where your electric mountain bike will be ready for you to ride. After a little warm-up to get comfortable with your e-bike, leave for some adventures ! Your bike will take you though the Champagne vineyards and hillsides where you will get to learn about the champagne region and terroir. Cycle back to Le Clos Corbier down the Marne canal. Visit the cellars and taste different champagnes from the family domaine. You will discover and learn about the champagne making process. After this memorable afternoon, your guide will drop you off at 07:00PM in front of Reims Centre train station.

The Italian garden overlooking the valley and the vast fourteenth century wine cellars and oil jar-storage, built into the embankment in the garden, complete the picturesque scenario. The Estate has two farm-house holiday structures - Gugliaie and Sperone - which offer those seeking to immerse themselves in the green hills of Chianti Classico the possibility of absorbing nature, history and culture in one.

The splendid landscape, heightened by striking centuries-old architecture permeated with history, is further enhanced by extensive vine and olive cultivations, which stretch as far as the eye can see, and by the elegant Italian garden and romantic gardens of Villa Le Corti, heart of the Estate. Guests are ideally located to discover the Tuscan countryside and its products and to organize wine and food tasting excursions in the Chianti area.

A unique day trip from Florence, we will eat and drink our way through Chianti, renowned not only for its wonderful red wines, fresh local produce and traditional cuisine, but also for some of the best landscapes in the country. We will enjoy wine tasting and wonderful food stops along the way. This tour is a must for wine connoisseurs and novices alike and make sure to bring a good appetite with you!

With your expert guide, enjoy a comprehensive introduction to the region and its wines while touring two of the region's best wine estates. As you sample the winery’s signature wines, you’ll receive tips about the art of wine tasting and pairing wine with food.

Our first stop of the day is at a beautiful winery belonging to one of the most prestigious Italian aristocratic families. Here we taste three wines paired with salumi (cured meats) and two olive oils but first, there’s a fascinating guided tour of the historic wine cellars and to the olive mill through underground tunnels that pass under the villa.

Now buckle-up and get ready for some off-roading through ancient woodland and rolling hills, outlined with cypress trees and dotted with rustic farms and churches, to make our way to a typical Tuscan restaurant with stunning views. Here is where we will really get your taste buds tingling with delicious food and wine. You will not want to leave!

To visit the final wine estate we go deeper into the Chianti hills and enjoy more incredible countryside on our way to a Chianti Classico vineyard. As a contrast to the established winery of the morning, this one is smaller and less known though does have award winning wines which you will taste paired with cheeses as you find out how ancient tradition and innovation have been combined to create them. The unique beauty of this area will add to the unforgettable memories you will have created so far. The perfect way to end the perfect day!
